Special sled pull. So many ways to put the TRX straps to work. Once again I hooked them up to a Rogue sled and away we go.
Back it up slowly, with purposeful steps engaging our back as those arms start low, then straight and then put 'em up!
You could drag a 25 lb. plate, 45 lb, heavy bag, an old TV. Whatever helps you get the work in to strengthen your shoulders, back and posture.
You can drag anything you want around today or you could talk to somebody about it. Anybody. Just voicing it to another cuts it in half.
