Some of my clients like to up their balance game along with their leg strength. Using a glider we started messing with a single leg squat and hip circle. Opening up the hips, strengthening the glutes and getting in motion.
The move also comes in handy if you have to move your cat out of the way. Also it may give you the confidence to pet your pet with your foot. Stabilizing on one leg and getting a big ol' belly scratch in. I like practical exercises for everyday use!
