Hey everybody! I found myself working a glider seal crawl and wanted to find out what it would be like if I did it on my forearms. It was bit, a tad, much more engaging on my lats and core once I got into a groove of "climbing a rope." Really reaching out with each arm and gliding the rest of my body forward and backward. Strict core engagement enhanced by keeping my hips parallel to the ground, fighting the natural rotation was also a bonus. Get in motion and make it a beautiful day with a little horizontal rope gliding!
